GIL is a new start up company formed in California, United States and it brings in a 3D heat dissipation
research and development for high heat density thermal solution with a world patented
three dimension heat conduction and heat convection platform to increase the thermal
efficiency by 35-55% by a specific area and by a specific volumetric space.

GIL’s 3D heat sink and acoustic free light weighted thermal solutions has demonstrated and
outpaced the world benchmark application in high power LED lighting, AMD 5800 XT CPU
cooler. Now, developing solutions for EV charger, 5G cell tower and edge server, gaming PC,
and AI/Graphic Computing whenever there’s a need for a high heat density /passive heat
dissipation requirement.

GIL has prototype development center and affiliated manufacturing facilities in Taiwan serve
as high quality and fast turn around for new products design and development.

GIL can receive/provide subcontract work in performing system level thermal simulation and
analysis plus designing thermal solutions, heat sink structures etc.

GIL can provide vertically integration service from design, simulation, analysis, optimization
and supply chains in high power cooling in Electronic, Computing, Networking, EV battery,
lighting, Communication, AI/GPU/CPU/NPU etc..

GIL CORE MEMBERS

Shyi Chen (Chairman/CEO)
He had 40 years of technology management and operation experiences. Formally managed DEC Asia
thermal Lab. Worked for Foxconn to start up and manage several billion dollar business. Had managed
over 8 different technology companies in the past 30 years as a president or Chairman and launched
several well known IPO companies such as eChem solutions in Taiwan, IVO LCD fab. In China, FOTI, in HK.

GuiFang Chen (CTO, Taiwan CEO )
An entrepreneur and technologist with 40 years of experience in tooling design and fabrications and
thermal solutions that started up several private owned businesses in the far east . He is now the
Chairman and CTO of a high powered LED solution company, which is ranked the number one LED street
light company in Taiwan and in Asian countries.

Jeff Anderson (Thermal/Mechanical engineering Expert)
He has been in computer/Server/Storage mechanical design engineering and system level thermal
simulations and analysis , thermal solutions design and development for over 20 years.
